Oct 13th 2012, 12:30                      Anthony Bourdain’s best-selling graphic novel Get Jiro! throws a knife-wielding sushi chef into a post-apocalyptic foodie world. It’s a place “where warring gangs of chefs slaughter each other over seemingly inconsequential points of culinary minutia,” says Bourdain in the Wired video above. Since his debut novel, 2000′s Kitchen Confidential, Bourdain has eaten his way around the world with Travel Channel series The Layover and No Reservations.
