It’s a big week if, like us, you have two thumbs and love videogames. We don’t want to give too much away about our top story this week, but it rhymes with Small of Booty: Crack Plops II. Also, we apologize for how disgusting that sounds; we just chose those rhyming words at random, we swear.
But there’s more to The Monitor this week than just Activision’s cash cow that, in a grand mixed zoological metaphor, also lays golden eggs. We’ve also got a retrospective collection of the greatest humor magazine of all time (not counting Cat Fancy), as well as the greatest Torontonian R&B singer/songwriter of Ethiopian extraction of all time. Of all time!
